The Industrial Origami, Inc. ("Industrial Origami") technology simplifies design and assembly of products generating savings and innovation not possible using traditional manufacturing methods. Because the Industrial Origami Technology is deployed using existing CAD design software and existing capital equipment, no major investment is required. This significantly reduces the barriers to adoption.

Industrial Origami enables its customers to incorporate the Industrial Origami Technology in their products by providing professional design services or through development agreements where the customers incorporate the Industrial Origami Technology in their own products. When products reach commercial production, Industrial Origami shares in the savings.

Industrial Origami is a privately owned company headquartered in San Francisco, California. After receiving its first patent in late 2002, Industrial Origami began operation in 2003 to develop and market its patented technology. Today, Industrial Origami has approximately 350 patent applications filed and issued in the US and internationally.
