Eric Archambeau
Eric Archambeau has extensive management and venture capital experience in both Silicon Valley and Europe. Mr. Archambeau joined Wellington Partners as General Partner in early 2005. Prior to that Mr. Archambeau was co-founder and General Partner of Benchmark Capital’s European operations in London. Mr. Archambeau joined Benchmark from Atlas Venture where he was a General Partner in Silicon Valley until the end of 1999.
Before Atlas Ventures, Mr. Archambeau was co-founder, President and CEO of RightPoint, a provider of marketing automation enterprise software, which was acquired by e.piphany (Nasdaq:EPNY). Then as the co-founder and initial CEO of Trading Dynamics, which was acquired by Ariba (Nasdaq:ARBA). In the 1980s Mr. Archambeau spent the initial part of his career in the semiconductor and EDA industry in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Archambeau has an MBA from Santa Clara University as well as several electrical engineering and computer science degrees from Grenoble University, Stanford University, the University of California at Berkeley and the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.

Stan Fishkin
Stan Fishkin is General Partner of the Crow Hill Companies. Crow Hill Companies is an investment manager which advises on and invests in special situations.
Prior to Crow Hill Companies, Mr. Fishkin was a Partner and COO of Gordon Capital, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Gordon Capital Corporation, where he built their U.S. institutional equity sales and research business. Prior to Gordon Capital, Inc., Mr. Fishkin was a partner for many years managing Institutional Sales at Wertheim Schroder, Inc.
In addition to his extensive experience on Wall Street, Mr. Fishkin was a Captain in the United States Air Force. Mr. Fishkin has a B.S from Boston University and attended Columbia University School of Law. Mr. Fishkin serves on a number of for profit and philanthropic boards.

Dr. Jerry Griffin, Chairman of the Board
Jerry Griffin is President of Griffin & Schwartz Scientific Services, Inc. Dr. Griffin was President & CEO of POINT Biomedical Corp. from 1999-2006. POINT is developing pharmaceutical solutions to problems in ultrasound myocardial perfusion imaging and drug delivery. Prior to joining POINT, Dr. Griffin, was Executive Vice President of InControl, Inc., a cardiovascular medical device company.
Dr. Griffin was Professor of Medicine at the University of California at San Francisco and held a faculty position there from 1984 to 1995. He also served on the faculties of Stanford University Medical School and Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Griffin has worked extensively with development stage companies in areas ranging from venture and public financing to FDA and clinical trial strategy. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Atrionix, Inc., POINT Biomedical Corp., InFlow Dynamics, Inc., Transneuronix, Inc. and Appriva Medical, Inc. In addition to Industrial Origami,OI, Inc. he serves as a member of the Boards of, Sciele Pharma, Inc, CryoCor, Inc., Guided Delivery Systems, Juva Medical and InGeneron.
Dr. Griffin holds a B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, and received his Cardiology training at Stanford University Medical Center.

Dr. Patrick Sheehan
Patrick Sheehan is a founder and General Partner of Environmental Technologies Fund (ETF) which is dedicated to supporting companies developing unique profitable cleantech technologies which reduce energy, toxins, waste and material use.
Dr Sheehan has 23 years experience in venture capital. Prior to co-founding ETF, he was a Managing Director at 3i investing in the UK, mainland Europe, the US and Israel. At 3i he developed a reputation as a thought leader and innovator, investing in a wide range of technology companies across a variety of sectors. Dr Sheehan began his career as a research engineer at GEC and as a technical consultant for Marconi Space Systems.
Dr Sheehan is the current Chairman of the European Venture Capital Association's Venture Capital Committee, and is a member of the EVCA executive committee. He has a First Class Honors degree in electronic & electrical engineering, and a PhD in electronic engineering from University College London.

Dr. Neil V. Sunderland
Neil Sunderland's firm Adinvest AG, focuses on venture capital investments in early stage companies, and provides asset management and corporate finance services. He is a founding partner and advisor to Montreux Equity Partners, and is on the advisory board of Terra Firma Capital Partners. Dr. Sunderland is a director of OpenBC AG and Euroclick Holdings Ltd.
In 1987 Dr. Sunderland acquired Adinvest AG. He has worked with The InterContinental Hotel Group, the Schmidheiny Group (Leica plc., Cosa Liebermann SA, Landis & Gyr AG, Bridgewater Resources Corp. Inc.) and the Tettamanti Group (Saurer AG, Financial Group of North Atlantic SA.) as well as Alcan Aluminum Ltd., Ascom AG, Bechtel Enterprises Inc., Total plc., Smorgon Steel Pty. Ltd., Wachovia Bank and other major companies.
Prior to Adinvest AG, Mr. Sunderland was CEO of Elders Finance and Investment Co. in Australia. He joined Elders Finance and Investment Co. from Swiss Bank Corporation where he was Executive Director of Swiss Bank Corporation International in London. Dr. Sunderland spent his early career consulting to Swiss companies on industrial engineering.
Dr. Sunderland holds a B.Sc. (Eng.) in Chemical Engineering and a M.Sc. with Distinction in Management Science from Imperial College, London University, and a Doctorate in Operations Research from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (thesis published as "Bank Planning Problems").
